Our commitment to educational programming is evident in the quality of our residencies, workshops, and theatrical productions. YTL has collaborated with parent, teacher, and corporate entities in creating programs that meet their needs. For over 15 years,  YTL has assisted schools, organizations, teachers, corporations, and the U.S. Army

Alicia Washington

President and Founder


Ms. Washington has produced Arts in Education programming for over 15 years. She created and taught the "Learning My Way" program. This program uses art infused strategies  with students to promote positive academic and social skills.


She has produced original educational programming for New Jersey Symphony Hall, the United States Army, the United Way, the YMCA and many more organizations.


As a performer, She has been seen  in numerous Off-Broadway productions, regional theatre, television and film projects.

Benjamin Brown

Artistic Director


Mr. Brown has worked in stage, television and film for over twenty years.


He has developed and produced programming for various organizations including: Kindercare Corporation, Decatur United Methodist Church, Princeton University, People's Light and Theatre Company, the City of  Atlanta and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.



He has produced and starred in the award winning television show, "Omba Mokomba" for the Disney Channel. He also produced and starred in the Fox Kids television show, "Safari Tracks" currently syndicated around the world.
